Dear parents and players,

 

Every athlete must complete the Clearance registration for each sport, every year.  Before you can participate in MVHS team tryouts or practice, you must complete the online Athletic Clearance process.  Go to the following link to register: https://www.mvla.net/Page/2908 

Follow the registration process guidelines.

 

From now on everyone needs to bring workout clothes and running shoes to practice, this is mandatory not an option. Also, bring a water bottle to avoid dehydration.

 

Practice schedule for the first week is as follows:

F/S and Varsity 2:50pm – 5:00pm	F/S and Varsity 2:50pm – 5:00pm	Varsity 2:45pm – 5:00pm F/S 2:45pm – 4:15pm	F/S and Varsity 2:50pm – 5:00pm	Varsity 2:00pm – 5:00pm F/S 3:00pm – 5:00pm	Scrimmage 9:00am - 12:00pm for Varsity only   BBQ Pot luck for all players and their families at 12:00pm.
